Solar Panels should be on roofs, not in our fields.
Ed Miliband's push for renewable energy, like wind and solar power, is creating huge costs for homeowners and businesses. While companies that create nothing make vast sums of money by obtaining planning permission on farmland, we are left with higher energy bills, making us all poorer. While our manufacturing businesses continue to struggle to compete with China due to these energy costs.
Our beautiful countryside is being taken away to make space for solar panels, while the Islington elites suffer not. What is worse, the wind farms are paid to remain still when there’s too much wind, costing us millions. Instead of truly helping, this focus on renewables is exacerbating our energy problems, costing us a fortune and taking away what this country is most known for: its great and pleasant land. .Liberal elites. Often from Islington are hypocritical politicians and wealthy individuals who profess ideologies that affect people and areas they are completely out of touch with. While their own lives remain unaffected. It’s just us that bears the brunt of their ill thought out actions.
