PHLEBOTOMY DRIVE THROUGH
This is a very popular and much used service at the Eco Power Stadium. It has 1500 patients a week. Sadly the Integrated Care Board in Sheffield has decided to close it down.
I think this is wrong. Listed below are some of the posts I have made on social media explaining what I have done in my campaign to seek to persuade the ICB to change their mind.

I have challenged the decision to close this. Good news is they have said they will review the decision to close and keep it open meanwhile.

Savings of £120,000 are stated to be why it’s closing. I analyse this and show it’s actually £24,000 and that assumes no additional cost incurred by the NHS in transferring this workload. 63 pence a patient per annum. 6 days left.
