Nick Fletcher has welcomed the Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, to Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
Matt said, “I was delighted to visit Doncaster Royal Infirmary today. Nick Fletcher was only elected last month and has already become such a powerful voice for better health services in the area.
“It was a pleasure meeting the staff - especially the student nurses, as we drive forward with our commitment to deliver 50,000 more nurses - and to hear the case for a new hospital. I look forward to working with Nick and the whole team to ensure Don Valley and Doncaster have the health services they need for the future.”
