I was pleased to make my first contribution to a Budget debate, almost a year on from my maiden speech last year.
As raised in the speech, the measures announced in this Budget will make a real difference to peoples' lives across Don Valley during this difficult time. Equally, it lays the foundations for the levelling up agenda and a prosperous future as we recover from the covid-19 pandemic.
